The structure of the course follows this three-field model of conflict process:

  • Conflict prevention,
  • Conflict intervention
  • Conflict escalation.

We will start by spending most of our time on conflict intervention. A good understanding of an effective intervention will be the foundation for more complex stages of conflicts.
